Shipping Policy – ITS IMPORTANT TO CLARIFY ORDER PROCESSING TIMES ARE SEPERATE FROM SHIPPING TIMES SHOWN AT CHECK OUT.

Please note that all ORDERS require a 7–10 business day processing period before shipment. Once processed, orders will ship via standard shipping, which typically takes 3–4 business days.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time:

All pre-orders require 7–14 business days for processing. Each unit is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and customization for our customers.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for shipping.

Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Product Variations:

All pre-order items are custom made, which means slight variations in texture, density, or color may occur. This is normal and part of the custom production process.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the nature of our custom products, no refunds or returns are accepted once an order is placed.

In the rare case of an issue, please contact us directly — refunds or exchanges will only be considered if authorized by the seller.
