1. What is the processing time for orders?
All orders (including pre-orders) require 7–14 business days for processing. Each unit is made with care and quality assurance before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that carrier delays are beyond our control.
3. Do you offer express or rush shipping?
At this time, we do not offer rush or express options, as each wig is custom made. However, ready-to-ship units may be eligible for expedited shipping — if available, it will be listed on the product page.
4. What does “glueless” mean?
Our glueless wigs are designed for easy, beginner-friendly wear — no glue, spray, or adhesive needed. Each unit comes with an adjustable band, combs (optional), and a secure fit for effortless daily wear and removal.
5. Are the wigs pre-plucked and bleached?
Yes! All Everything by Ang wigs come pre-plucked, with bleached knots for a natural, scalp-like finish. Some customization may still be desired depending on your personal style preference.
6. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. We offer a range of customization options including length, density, lace type, and parting style. For special requests, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
7. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your unit — resolutions are only provided if authorized by the seller.
8. How do I care for my wig?
Treat your unit like your natural hair:
- Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
- Avoid excessive heat
- Store on a mannequin or silk bag when not in use
- Gently detangle from ends to roots
- Use salon grade / high quality products
- Always use moisturizing and/or hydrating products and light oil serums.
Proper care ensures your EBA unit lasts for years.
9. Do you offer installation services?
At this time, we focus on providing high-quality glueless, ready-to-wear wigs, so you can install your unit yourself or take it to a stylist of your choice.
