At Everything by Ang, each unit is made with care and intention — because luxury is personal. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. NO REFUNDS.

Processing Time:

All pre-orders require 7–14 business days for processing. Each unit is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and customization for our customers.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for shipping.

Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Product Variations:

All pre-order items are custom made, which means slight variations in texture, density, or color may occur. This is normal and part of the custom production process.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the nature of our custom products, no refunds or returns are accepted once an order is placed.

In the rare case of an issue, please contact us directly — refunds or exchanges will only be considered if authorized by the seller.
